Senior Director of Operations

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is hiring for a newly created position of Senior Director of Operations for our growing organization. This full-time role is responsible for the oversight and administration of the core operational activities and systems for the CFO, our affiliates and other core constituents. This includes development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence in alignment with CFO’s mission, vision and values. The CFO offers competitive pay with generous benefits and paid time off to help our staff members successfully navigate work-life balance. This position will be based in Springfield, Missouri, with some flexibility permitted for remote work. Foundation Coordinator (Nixa area)

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is hiring for a newly created position of Foundation Coordinator with our affiliate, the Nixa Community Foundation. The Nixa Community Foundation is part of the CFO’s 55-member affiliate network, which advances our mission of enhancing the quality of life through philanthropic resources, collaboration and community leadership across central and southern Missouri. This part-time role will work with the CFO staff and the affiliate board to coordinate advancement and administration activities in the Nixa area. The person hired for this role will work closely with the Vice President of Affiliates as well as the Nixa Community Foundation Board of Directors. The CFO offers competitive pay, paid time off and holiday pay to part-time staff members to help successfully navigate work-life balance. This position will be a remote work role. Rural Schools Partnership Coordinator

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is hiring for a newly created position of Rural Schools Partnership Coordinator for our growing organization. This part-time role is responsible for advancing the CFO’s Rural Schools Partnership by engaging in activities related to various components of the program, including but not limited to: Working with the Development and Affiliates departments to engage with existing school partners — rural school districts and school foundations that hold funds with the CFO and its regional affiliates — to build relationships and provide resources to educators and administrators Connecting teachers with existing community resources via the CFO’s affiliate network Collaborating with the Communications department to increase engagement with school partners Engaging with professional education organizations to raise awareness of the Rural Schools Partnership Supporting the Programs department in creating and presenting the annual rural schools-oriented grant program Keeping informed on trends, policy and other matters regarding rural education All activities will be in alignment with the CFO’s mission, vision, and values. The CFO offers competitive pay, paid time off and holiday pay to part-time staff members to help successfully navigate work-life balance. This position will be based in Springfield, Missouri, with some flexibility permitted for remote work, and require frequent travel throughout the CFO’s service area.
